This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased from BBFx AI LLC (“BBFx AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA (Entity No. 0008081701), with a registered address at 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste H, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@bbfxai.com from the email address associated with your subscription, within the 7-day window, and include your name and the plan you purchased. We will process eligible requests promptly.

3. Eligibility & Exclusions

The guarantee applies only to a subscriber's first-ever subscription with BBFx AI. Renewals, subsequent subscriptions, and re-subscriptions are not eligible.

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After the 7-day window, payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of that period.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
