We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial institution, or fund manager. We do not trade on your behalf, manage your funds, hold custody of any assets, or provide personalized, regulated financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency-related services in your country.

Our services are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions (Starter, Professional, and VIP Elite). Prices are displayed on our website in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. The value of digital assets can rise or fall significantly and you may lose some or all of any capital you choose to deploy.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share our content, alerts, or materials without our written permission.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any third party's rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content, branding, reports, frameworks, and materials provided by BBFx AI are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own educational purposes only.

We rely on third-party providers including payment processors, Telegram and email providers (content delivery), and analytics tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBFx AI and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBFx AI and its members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse our services. You may stop using our services and cancel your subscription at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
